Introducing the People Steering the Legacy of Bernina Gran Turismo

Bernina Gran Turismo is more than a motorsport event. It’s a tribute to heritage, a revival of spirit, and a living testament to a passion passed down through time. Like any great legacy, it takes a team to keep the engine running. Meet the people who keep Bernina Gran Turismo’s vision alive and in motion.

Luca Moiso, Director of Bernina Gran Turismo and a founding associate of its modern incarnation, brings over a decade of experience managing classic car events across Europe. Originally from Turin, a city steeped in automotive history, Luca ensures every element of the Bernina Gran Turismo is executed with care, craft, and coordination.

Ana Engelhorn is together with Luca Moiso the driving force behind the Bernina Gran Turismo’s modern evolution. As President of the Board, she combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in every aspect of the event. She acts as a connector between drivers, sponsors, and the region – reimagining Bernina not just as a race, but as a refined, living celebration of heritage, community, and style.

Claus Müller, international classic motoring consultant and long-time Bernina Gran Turismo administrator, serves as the constant within the team. A seasoned expert and enthusiast himself, Claus bridges the heritage of motorsport with the operational finesse required to orchestrate the Bernina Gran Turismo. He also leads the Customer Care service, ensuring every participant and member feels personally supported throughout the entire entry process.

The revival of Bernina Grand Turismo in 2014 was sparked by the vision of our founder and shareholder, Kurt Engelhorn - a devoted car collector, arts patron, and motorsport enthusiast. Kurt brought the event back to life with a clear goal: to honour both the spirit of the legendary Bernina Races of 1929 and 1930, and the soul of the Engadin. For him, Bernina Gran Turismo is a love letter to the Engadin and to the art and grit of classic motoring.
