Anyone who drives the Bernina wants to know: Technically precise, stylish and with a real feel for the machine. The track demands concentration, character - and a passion for what motorsport used to be.
Whether Competition Class or Regularity Class - no show cars start at the Bernina Gran Turismo, but real drivers with real vehicles. Participation is deliberately limited. All information on registration, programme and licensing can be found below in the documents section. We look forward to receiving your application.
Registration and programme
Registration and the detailed programme for the Bernina Gran Turismo 2026 are currently being finalised and confirmed in consultation with the local authorities. All information will follow shortly.

The new registration process is open. Drivers, co-drivers, mechanics and guests can apply with immediate effect. Participation is limited - a selection committee will decide on admission. All details on the process and the official form can be found in the following PDFs.

Join the Bernina Gran Turismo 2026
Experience the thrill of one of the world’s most spectacular mountain hill climbs.
Applications for the Bernina Gran Turismo 2026 are now open -
from November 14th, 2025 to July 10th, 2026.
A limited number of entries will be accepted. Each application will be carefully reviewed by our Selection Committee, whose decision will be final.
Categories
Competition – FIA Historical Technical Passport (HTP) required. Solo drivers only.
Regularity – FIA HTP, valid FIVA ID, or FIA HRCP accepted. Co-drivers allowed.
Eligible Cars
Open to a curated selection of historic single-seat / two-seat racing and grand touring cars — from Period C to period K (up to year 2000) — as defined in Article 3 of Appendix K to the International Sporting Code (ISC) - including GT, GTS, GTP, Touring, and Formula models.
Special Classes and Demonstration runs may feature exceptional vehicles produced after 2000.
Any updates on eligible vehicles and categories will be published on the Bernina Gran Turismo website and promptly communicated to entrants.

Include photos, technical documents, historical documents of your car (if available) and accompanying texts to support your application. Our team may contact you to request further information to complete the evaluation of the entry.
Licences, technical documents, co-driver or guest details may be submitted later in the enrolment process.
The First selection round will take place in February 2026 .
Entrants are kindly requested to pay the entry fee before the start of the selection process. Refunds in the event of withdrawal or non-acceptance will be handled in accordance with the General Terms.

The Organization is not responsible for any costs incurred in order to submit the application, both in case of refusal or acceptance with regard to the participation at Bernina Gran Turismo 2026.

Each entry includes hospitality, security services, race management, and access to all official event features from September 11th to 13th, 2026.
