By participating in the Bernina Gran Turismo, I unreservedly acknowledge and fully accept the terms and conditions set out in the General Provisions as well as the regulations of the Bernina Gran Turismo Hillclimb.

I also commit to complying with the traffic laws of all municipalities passed during the event, especially in regard to speed limits along the public road sections.

I confirm that, in accordance with Section 12.1 of the event regulations, participation is entirely at my own risk, and that the organizer accepts no liability whatsoever for personal or material damages — including but not limited to those affecting participants, drivers, mechanics, assistants, or third parties.

I further acknowledge that I am solely responsible for arranging my own insurance coverage and that it is my responsibility to secure any additional coverage I deem necessary for my personal protection and for any damage to my own property.

By agreeing to these terms, I expressly release and hold harmless the Internationale St. Moritzer Automobilwochen AG, including its representatives and staff, from any claims related to injury, material loss, or other damages suffered or caused by me in connection with the event, provided such damages are not already covered by the insurance policy taken out by the organizer for the HillClimb “BERNINA GRAN TURISMO”.
